Marcus has $5.45. he pays $1.25 for a bus ticket. he will buy some snacks before getting on the bus. each snack will cost $0.75. a) write an equation that can be used to find the maximum number of snacks (x) that marcus can buy. b) what is the maximum number of snacks marcus can buy? ( i've already done it but i don't think i'm right, i just want to be sure. )
