Explanation: There is usually a published and agreed upon official list of expectations for each business or organization which outlines the standards/guidelines for how people there should dress, act, and handle conflicts that may arise in the workplace (such as harassment). This is to keep people thinking along the same lines for peace-keeping purposes and general workplace harmony when it comes to defining professionalism for that particular industry. However, the Code of Ethics is also used in hiring and firing when there are too many write-ups violating these company policies for how employees are to be when they are at work.
