What are the challenges diverse Ethnic groups living in America face?

Diverse Ethnic groups in america go through a lot, Black men or women go through discrimination, People call police on them. Immigrants who have lost their wives or husbands ask americans for help, americans say no and tell you to search for them yourself. America is a land where we immigrants are appreciated or Criticized for stealing jobs, from fellow americans. This is the truth and the truth hurts, for those indians, chinese, and blacks. Especially the chinese right now. We are hurting them by calling the virus the "China virus", We need people to Stop hurting those, and treat them as fellow humans.

answer: a federal government has final authority on interstate/inter provincial  and international affairs, a confederation is one where the central/national government or authority is governing body what does not have final say over the same matters. hopefully this and i will try again if you don't like this answer : )
