The correct answer is c and edue to the facts: nobles were completely eliminated as well as the third estate which was the city dwellers or the bourgeois. the idea was that commoners should rule and after the king was removed from power as well as the nobles and the church, people started coming from all over the world to negotiate with this new governments rule.
