the sun rotates faster at its center than at its poles. which statement in this passage describes the reason for this behavior?
similar to earth, the sun rotates around an axis that passes through its center. but unlike earth, the sun rotates faster at its center than at its poles. that’s because earth is a solid mass, while the sun is a gaseous globe. the sun’s poles take about 34 days to rotate completely, and the equator takes about 26 days to complete one rotation. i need to choose one ! : p
