There’s a convenience store that I want to want to add to my online delivery service platform, however the owner/vendor is hesitant because of our commission rates. The vendor is currently making (from offline sales):
● Revenue: 100,000 $ ● Cost of Goods Sold: 20,000 $ ● Salaries: 25,000 $ ● Rent: 35,000 $ ● Profit: 20,000 $ ● Profit margin: 20%

1. The owner feels he cannot afford to pay My service's 30% commission. How can you convince him/her that it is profitable to do so? Please work out the math.
2.The vendor grew 30% from month 1 to month 2 . The vendor wants to know how data points should you be looking at?
