I don't know what the points are but the question is telling you to take the points and plot them on your graph.
So since the points will be in this form (x,y), the first number will go on the horizontal line and the second number on the vertical line. Think of it like the map of a grid or from battleship. The x-values would be the letters and the y-values the numbers.
Then, it tells you to connect them in order, which means if for example they give you 3 points, connect the first two points they gave you, then the last two, then the first and the last.
