The first one should be (2,2) as the midpoint. For the part 2 of the question, 1B, the city hall to the Art museum is about 6.08 units. The distance from the Half way point is about 4.12 units. And the distance from the gas station is about 3.6 units. So the gas station would be closer.  For quesiton 2, the midpoint should be (3,-3). And the Police station should be the closest to the Greenhouse.
