How powerful businessmen are good/Beneficial:

Firstly, A powerful businessman helps keeps employees and other workers organized and focused. If someone is focusing on other thing besides their job, or is distracted by something, businessmen with power can confront the employee in a stern, but nice manner, making the employee realize that they need to focus more on their work.

How powerful businessmen are bad:

Being powerful can sometimes be a good thing, however, people may take too much pride in their power over something. Too much power can make the businessman become selfish and only care about themselves, or people only on their rank. Powerful Businessmen (With too much power) may degrade employees about their projects even if they put all their time and effort into it.
