What signs would you look for in order to tell if a particular medicine or treatment was a fake cure? how can you avoid quackery?

Some medicines say that they cure many non-related illnesses, which is a fake cure. they sometimes would call the medicines " snake oils." if you want to know if a medicine  is fake cure or not, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
