If you could give advice to someone who isn't feeling well physically or mentally what advice would you give?

I would tell them to take a break. This world is cruel, and stressful. Every now and again you just need to take a break and have you time. If it ever gets to the point where you can’t handle it anymore, go to a therapist. (if the therapist isn’t helping find a new one, sometimes therapist don’t have a connection with you that you would need) Never give up and keep going!

They might be white heads, basically pimples but you should ask your parents to check them out before it’s something bad.
