What is the neurological science behind seizures?

seizures are cauesd by an excess amount of electrical activity in the brain, there are also many different type sof sezures, for instance tonic, clonic, and the combination of both, in the event that someone has a tonic clonic seizure you should move all objects away the victim  so that they cannot injure themselves and you should never try to hold them down!, offfer head support once the seizure  has ended roll the victim on to there side  and tilt there head back to open there airway incase they do vomit  that way they wont choke on it,and you should never offer them food or water until they are fully alert and aware call 911 if the seizure goes more than 4 minutes
