It helps to talk to people after a loved one has passed. It is better to talk about your emotions and tell people how you feel about it. Sometimes the person the person you are talking to has some funny stories about the person that passed and it can make you smile. If you just hide and don't tell anyone about how you feel, you can get depressed and have suicidal thought. Where as if you are talking to a friend they can help you through the time.

The best thing you can do is talk to someone you trust: a friend, teacher, co-worker,  best-friend, therapists. Talking to someone can be very befeficial while grieving, simply talking to someone you trust can help you feel better, and get over a loss of a loved one. It's very im[ortant to talk to someone.
