Why are my shoulders so strong compared to the rest of my body?

mabye you exercise them a little more than the rest of your body without realising or its just your dna. mabye thats just how you are built. dose anyone in your famliy also have bigger, stronger shoulders compared to rest of thier body?

nope, but i have cleaned my brush in my cup of not as potentially harmful but nevertheless, very upsetting for scottish/british folks. especially if you've used the last teabag for it

well say a good goal is to do 150 sit ups in a week! or 90 pull ups a day. even 60 push ups in a month these are all fair goals!
