How does the organizational structure of the passage support the author's purpose?
It's time for the residents of Butler County to demand a change to the
Veterans Day celebration. Each year, our veterans are practically
forgotten as citizens get swept up in the excitement of dancers,
marching bands, and party favors at the Main Street parade. Veterans
Day is an important yet somber holiday that should not have the same
fanfare as the Fourth of July. We should focus on the veterans by
placing them first in the parade. Also, parade participants should not
be allowed to throw party favors to spectators. It is disrespectful to our
veterans when kids run into the road trying to catch the toys and
candy
