There are many reasons that kids,teens,and even adults become depressed.Whatever the reason being weather its bullying,violence,or losing a relative/friend,people around the world start to put blame on themselves and wanna take all the pain out of there lives.Those who are depressed look at everyday it going to be the same thing over and over again people can become erratic,selfless,sad,and even suicidal.

Many cases of depression simply happen because of what is going on around him/her creating anger and frustration.You can solve these problems by talking to someone you trust and that will help you.The only way for this person to get help is by telling this person that they need to get help,they need to find a way to live through the tough times.
