Imagine you are Andrei. You have noticed the changes in Lois which have made you reconsider how your business operates and decide to make some improvements. A few weeks later, you give a speech to other business owners. In your speech, you should explain:

•     the nature of your business, what you hope to achieve and how successful it has been so far
•     the concerns you have had about your staff
•     the improvements you have made at GD as a result of speaking with Lois.
