well its not bad to use your phone but if you use it t much it can actually cause stress, lack of sleep, headaches, it can cause vision problems, it’s also a way of distracting yourself yeah sometimes it’s good to distract yourself for a while but it’s not always good because the time that you’re using on your phone you can be doing better things like enjoying the outdoors, spending time with your family, playing with your dogs, or even learning something new
