The positives to this job assignment system are rather obvious, as they come from an analytical perspective. Based on the Eleven's skillset and personality, observed throughout their childhood, they will be assigned a job. In this regard, the job assignment system is optimal, because it will more than likely reflect a child's aptitudes. Despite this though, this job system removes a crucial human element from the lives of the children, which is free will.
