First off you need to learn how to use an engine, what is an engine? an engine is the core that allows you to start programming its not all that important which one you use, but its necessary, i reccomend UNITY. second you need to learn how to code in a programming language, make sure its one the engine supports! There are many different languages to choose from, some are easy, others are hard, i suggest you start with C# or C++ or LUA.
