What is the enthalpy change of (2 g) of water from ice at -10 °C to vapor at 110°C and 101.3 kPa? AH, = 80 cal/g at 0°C and (101.3 kPa)
AH, = 540 cal/g at 100°C and (101.3 kPa) The heat capacity equations:
Liquid [J/(g mol) (K)] = 18.3+4710^-2 ×T
Vapor [J/(g mol) (C)]= 33.5 + 0.69×10^-2 × T

Ice [cal/(g C)] = 0.5
