Subject: Regarding complaints against counselor Samberg

In the past few days, several other counselors and the youth, whom we pledge to keep safe, have brought to my notice that counselor Samberg has been indulging in acts that this organization does not condone. It is regrettable that someone of Dr. Samberg’s stature would indulge in acts which cast serious doubts over our mission and put a question mark on our noble cause and profession.

It can be unequivocally said that our organization has a zero tolerance policy for such actions regardless of the person who commits them. Hence, it is brought to the notice of all members of staff that the necessary actions have been taken to penalize Dr. Samberg for his actions. The organization has listened to what all witnesses have said and presented the case, as is, to the local police. As of now, he has been suspended without pay along with a fine to be paid to the organization. The final legal action will be taken after witnesses have corroborated the evidence to the law enforcement agencies.

This situation should be a message to all employees that our organization will deal in a swift and strict manner regarding such cases of misconduct by the members of our organization. It is also required that the employees refrain from indulging in any gossiping regarding this case, given its sensitive nature.
