Growth Hormone is a Protein produced by the Pituitary Gland (in the brain). Without this hormone a child would not grow in height and become a dwarf. As for any other protein, the gene that codes for it (the recipe how to make the Growth Hormone) is kept in the DNA library. The gene is called GH1.

Explain step by step from transcription, to translation, to activation of the Growth Hormone, how a mutation in the GH1 gene coding for Growth Hormone can lead to dwarfism. Use what you have learned in the lecture today to answer this question.
