According to NIH report, an adult human body is made with 60% of water. It includes our brain, lungs and almost 30% part of bones. Water is helpful for regulating the internal temperature of our body. To be alive, we must take food and whatever we take as food must contain some amount of water. Some food is a great source of water and some will be little. The requirement of water in our body changes according to our physical activity and the temperature present. It happens because body release water through sweats and other excretory activities.
