In japanese does the adjective come before the noun

It goes noun adjective.

EX: 猫は太っ= Neko wa futo~tsu= The cat is fat
       

I've lived in Japan for three years, and I've taken advanced Japanese I and ll classes. So, in a sentence, the adjective comes before the noun.

Example:  Watashi wa ao neko skidesu.
 
Translation: I like blue cats.

As you can see, the color of cat comes before the actual cat itself.

She either must have not been on the phone and working or something else. it seems that here boss catches her a lot of the time on the phone and not doing work but hasn't been fired yet.
