The advantages of a Human Interpreter and or a Translator is that we can communicate with each other and ask questions, say we mess up on a word from another language, we can ask the person if we said it correctly. A Translation Software, isn't always translated correctly, so when we search up whatever it is into another language we won't get the exact translation. Hope this helps you.
