Crack cocaine will cause this in most people as it is a stimulant.  However, this is false.  The driver will be more reckless under the influence of amphetamines/coke/meth.  Look at World War II.  Meth was used for Kamikazes to inspire them to complete their task.

Stimulants however, will actually help those with attention problems and crack (although not the best stimulant for pharmaceutical purposes), will address problems in ADHD
