I suppose it depends on your definition of nonsensical. I think in the meaning of nonsensical as in doesn't make sense in meaning, that's false, cause you can play all kinds of games where you can turn a word into an acronymic sentence (I once did this with , it was a masterpiece but I have to say didn't make any logical sense). In the sense where it doesn't mean anything at all, I feel like you can do that as well.
