You can only use a subject a maximum of two times. For example, once you've used "yo" twice, that's it.
The sentences MUST go in this order:

Past (you may combine the imperfect/past tenses into one sentence, just don't put the verbs right next to each other. If you do this, then you'll have 5 sentences.
