News program In groups of 4 or 5. prepare a news program. There will be a fashion section, weather
section, sports section, and a travel section. Each section will be expected to use 10
different vocabulary words from the unit. Each section should last 90 seconds at a normal
pace of speaking. At least 20 sentences of 5 words or more. Each section will be
expected to demonstrate the usage of at least 2 different grammar concepts (estart
emotions, stem-changing verbs, weather phrases, ir a infinitive or location, irregular yo
form verbs, and present progressive) from the unit
. Give some thought to costumes and
props. Every person in the group needs to help with the writing and must have a
sufficient number of Spanish lines to qualify for a grade above a C.
Goal: A videotape of the performance as well as a copy of the script typed.
