La comida sana es importante para el cuerpo y ser humano, ya que tiene nutriente que nos ayuda a nuestra salud al pasar de los tiempos.

Mis amigos avece no entiende que comer comida chatarra le puede ser daño a largo plazo pero ellos avece intenta comer saludable , pero en si la comida saludable no es solamente vegetales y etc. si no comer equilibrado todos los nutrientes que nuestro cuerpo necesita.
