Governments are important because why?

Governments have many functions, but most importantly:

- they organize defense of a country: we are stronger together than separately!
- they provide (or at least should!) things that everyone needs but noone has an incentive to do on their own: infrastructure, care of elderly, general health care (it's actually cheaper for the whole society to be in a social care program than to deal with the lack of it!)

Is it just free response or do you have multiple choice?

He was probably very upset and disapointed and mad. all at once. so he probably wanted to show his disapointment, angryness, and depression. he didn't think of the affects due to the minor issue thst he has gone through. sorry if it doesn't . but i am trynna people.
