Student Athletes or Varsity players in a certain school are all required to join and participate in gym class. Being a varsity player of the school, doesn’t mean you are exempted from gym class, all students are required to attend the class. Gym class has its benefits, especially when it comes to physical fitness and health. It gives the students a chance to get the right amount of exercise an individual is required to have every day.
