The best answer would be C) Through the headright system because last year when I was studying this, yes indeed they did the lottery system but when they got their land, it was a whole scam, they were just stealing money and so as a result it got shut down and so the land acquired before this all happened was through the HR system because land was passed to families and even women and sometimes military service got more some times but this all changed when the lottery system happened.
