Capitalism is an economic and political system in which a country's trade and industry are controlled by private owners for profit rather than state.Capitalism has three basic components which are the properties right, freedom of enterprise and the competition in a market environment.

The reason as to why capitalism is different among countries is because in some countries it is furnished by private individuals This is where the majority of the counties capital is owned and controlled by private individuals and businesses Example in United state and in the other countries it is provided by the political system   in which the owner of much of the nation's capital is a powerful centralized apparatus called the collectivist state an example is China.
