Describe your johari window. which area or areas are largest for you? smallest?

My Hidden area is the largest quadrant. The others are about the same, size, which is quite smaller than the hidden area.

Explanation:

The Johari Window was developed by Joseph Luft and Harry Ingram in the mid 1950's. At first created as a model of understanding between two people, but it's a great tool for self understanding and self growth as well.

The model has 4 quadrants:

Open: The things that everybody knows about you

Hidden: The things that people don't know about you

Blind: The things that you don't know that people know about you.

Unknown: The things that nobody is aware of.
