What are the flaws in our system of government?

a lot of things really. but seriously speaking: So the three major flaws are that in the current system the Formateur holds all the power, the process of getting a new government takes extremely long, which makes the country very weak, and third the government consisting of people who won’t (or aren’t) work together will not benefit the country in the best possible way.
