In my opinion a prison, it depends actually are you talking about a prison like the government sends a person to prison for committing such a crime in that case they are imprisoned to keep other safe and have them learn their lesson for what they have done if you're talking about your own mental or physical prison then it would probably be that you're holding yourself back you're trying to block something out you're not letting yourself go out there.
