I believe it is. We see in several different occasions where one man is the cause of thousands of deaths. Are we to let him be the cause of thousands of more? It is a trade, one life for thousands more. Now would it be tough, 100%. killing a person is not something to be taken lightly. It is something that can and probably weigh on you, but that just may be a sacrifice that is worth it.
