How does one stay focused? I mean I get distracted all the time, I fidget, and I can't do work. Even today, I answered almost 20 questions today just so I could procrastinate my work. Does anyone have any tips or tricks they use to keep focused and motivated? I could really use it.

romanticize studying. get in a comfortable and non distracting space (library works great for me). put on some piano/lofi tunes, nothing else or you'll get distracted. that's really it for me
