Elders in your family are the reasons for your success. how?​

When born, nobody can control the circumstances of their parents, and for a while everyone is reliant on their parents (or caretakers) If the circumstances are bad, there might be less chance of success for many reasons like: poverty, having to take care of younger family members, illness, etc. But if the person is born into an affluent family, they might see more opportunities. Of course, this isn't always correct, and it really depends the influence of your elders' in your life.

it all depends on how long the hours are. i think they wouldn't approve of it. in my opinion.
