The process of moving to abroad in search of employment is known as brain drain.the trend of brain drain is increasing day by day in nepal .People tend to workin foreign than in own country.Because of brain drain many Nepali who are highly skilled migrate in other countries to show their greatness. But if the skilled manpower go to other countries then who will contribute to our country .not only skilled but unskilled and semi skilled are also moving outside for their benefit.In Nepal there are a lot of natural resources but there no enough resources to utilize it. this problem should be addressed in time otherwise our country will remain underdeveloped
