Mrs. Wolf has lived in her home for almost 40 years. She lives alone and she is elderly and without family. Brian, a new and enthusiastic sale associate, comes to visit with Mrs. Wolf. He tells her that the neighborhood is declining fast with unsavory people of a certain race, and that she needs to get out while she still can get her money out of the house. She likes his charming manner and is quickly in agreement that she needs to sell her home and go to the nursing home since the neighborhood is changing. She is afraid of the bad element moving in and Brian assures her that she will be safer in a home. What is the situation?
