I have some ideas that could help you with your innovation. First, recycling the dung of the oxen. You guys can provide manure for the crops to grow quicker, and you can use the oxen dung to fertilize the field. Before you disagree, remember that when that adds nutrients, it keeps ground fertile and grows plants quicker. I have 2 more. What about renting out half of the field to other plowmen? You could earn extra money and with that extra money you can pay use it for yourself and pay your new assistants. I think it would be a great idea to hire more assistants, they could help you do the work with your other daily tasks and you will have more free time to enjoy your life.
