Negative things about change?

Ifs theres a right answer or not but A Few negative things about it could be hard to change for the better it could cause stress,or rating,and long process.Change it could affect someone because it could feel like you’re forcing you’re morals onto someone else.It could affect how we feel it can be scary sometimes,It can also be hard it’s not as easy we think it’ll be its a long Journey.
