   Video games are fun for multiple reasons. You can even use them to escape and relieve stress. Many different video game genres exist, but you need to find one that suits your style to truly find enjoyment. So lets say you like dragons? Find a game based around dragons, and if that game suits you. I reckon you'll have a blast with it. Features constantly being added to active videos games make it more challenging but all the better. Events are also often held in video games that you can use to work for items or in-game currency. If you really love a game, you might cash in hours to achieve certain things. Achieving those things you really want can make you extremely happy. Also with achieving the goals in video games can make you proud, or per say give you a sense of appreciation for the hard work you put in. For the hard work you put in, you can also learn the appreciate yourself more. Overall video games just generally entertain and give you something to do when stressed or just simply bored, use video games to your advantage since that's what they are for.
