Through the hypnosis process, a person needs to be focused. They need to use full concentration in the process. The person who is in a hypnosis process will show an increase in response to suggestions.

Hypnosis has several steps in it. It needs preliminary instruction and starts with giving suggestions to a person in a hypnosis process. The act of giving a person therapy is using hypnosis is known as hypnotherapy. Meanwhile, the act of doing a form of hypnosis in front of a wide range of audiences is known as stage hypnosis.
