How do heredity and environment work together?

Heredity means the passing on of physical or mental characteristics genetically from one generation to another so when it works with the environment like a tree reproducing if there was no heredity there would be one tree of that kind.

1.  go out into nature and commune with the divine2.  experience real solitude to truly perceive nature3.  realize that individuals are meant to learn from nature and transcend it4.  think of nature as a symbol of the divine
