Describe the action to take if suspected abuse or unsafe practices have been reported but nothing has been done in response.

The action that needs to be taken is that you need to talk to someone that has the ability to control this. Such as maybe a doctor, Law enforcement,  maybe even a parent or a  school guidance consoler. You should not try to take into your own hands.
