Give two reasons why both men and women become victims of violence?

 1) Are you referring to domestic violence? Both men and women can easily be harmed in the world by other humans. It unfortunately happens quite frequently. 

2) Both men and women could become victims of violence because both of them may want to be in control or power which could cause political or domestic violence.

Both men and women could become victims of violence because men may not perform the right judgment on the women which may be a bad thing to the women.
